I'm in a predicament as I'm 14 and wanting to book a hotel in Notts for 3 or 4 hours if possible so me and my boyfriend (15) can have some mates round and chill out. Everyone will be under 18 maybe 16 and I need to know if they would let us stay, I doubt it highly but it is worth a shot at least.

You can't usually book a hotel room for a few hours, you have to book it for the whole night. And I'm not certain but I'm pretty sure you'd need an adult. Hotels are somewhere to sleep overnight, not a place for people to just go and "chill". Just go to a cafe or something.
