I always have a BIG breakfast, like toast with scrambed eggs then two pieces of fruit then a yogurt. Then right before the exam, I have like a little snack/breakfast bar to keep me going. You can bring sweets into the exam too, just have them in a clear container, and make sure it's not a sweet were other people get annoyed at the chewing.

    This is a big breakfast?

Shitfire that's just a snack. For me a big breakfast would be a bowl of porridge, then a full fry-up (bacon, sausage, eggs, black puddings, tomato, beans, fried bread, mushrooms), then toast and marmalade. And a pot of coffee.

Haha, I guess I have nothing in comparison. I always feel like I eat tons though.

I'm average height and really slim but I'm always walking and doing stuff, so I eat loads. I've always had a magnificent appetite

    Hey there,

Think carbs (porridge oats, bread), think protein (meat, eggs). Don't eat crap, it'll affect your performance. Eat good foods and it should help.
