In Wales, everyone does a glorified life skills qualification called the Welsh Baccalaureate during their last two years in secondary school (they've recently started doing it for younger people as well...). The one part of this that people actually enjoy is the individual project, where you write an essay on pretty much anything (I imagine this is similar to the EPQ, but I'm not really sure).

As I am very interested in mathematics, I decided to research why people like or dislike maths, and potentially come up with ideas on how the maths education system could be improved - the survey is naturally a massive part of this!

The survey can be found at https://goo.gl/forms/P8c9eyEUrSwpCYli1
It shouldn't take long. It includes your age group, 32 quick Likert scale questions and the option to list topics you particularly do or do not enjoy.

The survey is open to everyone - the wider the circle of respondents, the better!

Thanks in advance for filling it in!

ps. google "Lockhart's Lament". It's quite a fun essay on this topic.
