    Good morning!

Just doing a bit of research, I'm planning on doing a second language alongside my journalism course and I was wondering which language everyone would consider to be the most useful? (Personally I'd choose Japanese purely because I love the culture but I can't see it being overly helpful in my career!)

    Thanks for any advice!

I may be a bit biased because it's been my personal favourite language to learn, but Spanish would definitely be a good choice! It's pretty widely spoken and also fairly easy to start learning.

Useful is subjective. Learn a language that you actually like. It will be much easier and enjoyable.
