I'm in year 11 and I'm part of the new cohort undergoing the new science 9-1 GCSE. Exams are in in 9 weeks and obviously I'm grinding away with my books. My school's exam board is AQA; THEIR MARK SCHEMES MAKE ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. WTF. I'm using the AQA text book and answering practice questions, but when I try to mark my work I can't make any sense of it. It's not even because I don't understand the concepts, I can answer the questions perfectly fine and be sure of the answer; the mark scheme just waffles and is full of absolute BS. Is it just me or does anyone else feel this way?

I totally agree with you! Even the teachers at my school say their mark schemes are dodgy and unfair :/
