Hey guys, Im doing the Edexcel triple science (biology, chemistry & physics) GCSE course and Im wondering which revision books are best. Im looking to try and get a grade 9. There are "student book" versions of each book...
Which are more expensive than the other ones:

Are the more expensive ones better or do they just filled with less to the point notes? I am able to afford the more expensive ones, and obviously Im not going to just rely on these books, and I will use class notes, but it would be nice to know what books are best. Any advice would help, thanks .

Personally, I think the more expensive books have a few more notes, but I do not believe there is a massive difference. You could still do just as well if you bought the cheaper books. However, as you can buy the expensive books, you might as well.

Yes definitely by miles! The Complete GCSE Course (CGP) books include detailed explanation of the subjects, more worked examples, a revision section as well as exam style questions and answers. I have personaly found the small revision guides by cgp irritating because they bold and colour every sentence which tire your eyes and confuses you!
If every sentence is important then nothing is important or they are just equally important in which case black should have been fine!
For small revision books use Pearson, they are to the point, include all the information needed and most of all worked examples and questions.
