Trying to upload photos but the site keeps crashing; will try again in a bit.

I'm looking for someone to take my single bedroom next to Hendon Thameslink station (North London) in early April as I am no longer attending University. It is a part of a house share with two 20 year old, male, full-time students who also work part time, their girlfriends occasionally stay the night as well. They're all super laid back, friendly people; unless they’re making food they are often either in there rooms or out and about so you'll generally get the living room, dining room, garden and conservatory yourself.
The rent is for the single bedroom is £567 pcm. April until August is expected to be paid for in bulk (£2,232) when the student loan drops. The contract will end August 20th, with an option to continue for another 12 months if you want. Utilities and internet generally totals to around £30 each per month. The landlady super nice and might pop in when you first move but other than that you probably won’t see much of her unless you need something.

The bed is super cosy and the room has plenty of storage space, there was a desk downstairs that I’ve put in here, if you want me to move it back it’s no problem. You’ll have your own cupboards and shelves in the fridge and freezer, at the moment we all share kitchen utensils but you are free to organise a different arrangement. All bathroom stuff is separate other than toilet roll. One of us will take the time out to give certain rooms a proper clean if any mess builds up so it would be great for you to match that attitude.

There’s a Sainsbury’s round the corner an a bunch of corner shops, butchers, pubs and restaurants in the local area. Brent Cross shopping centre is a short bus trip away, although I just walk it. Please hit me up if you are interested, or have any further questions.
