Please can anyone suggest how I answer the question below.

  1. 1.1 Explain legislation, organisational policies and procedures that can limit or vary the service offer

Take action to ensure that customers are aware that offers made to them have added value and exceed the service

There's a lot of information on legislation in the megathread. The question is asking how things like the data protection act will affect what the business can do - the company needs to comply with DPA regulations, so customers can opt out of marketing emails if they wish.
