I started speaking to this guy. we spoke everyday for about 4/5 months. I really liked speaking to him. it was never sexual either.

he asked me out on Valentine's and I said yes. I liked him so why not?
    We ate, chilled etc.

We eventually had sex. it was a massive surprise but I still let it happen. we no longer speak. I really miss talking to him. we haven't spoken since the 14th. should I message him? was it just for sex? idk.

    Sounds like it.

'I let it happen' doesn't sound like you actively wanted it to.

I too have had an experience of weeks talking to a guy, only for him to **** off immediately after we had sex. Some men I will never understand.

Have you tried talking to him since?

    Yeah. But it felt forced.

I suppose it could be expressed more charitably that he changed his mind. But doesn't sound very nice. Put it down to experience. I wouldn't message him.

    😂

It's all life experience, I imagine OP is still fairly young.
Often guys will tell you they like you, or heavily imply it, when really they only have one interest. It's almost impossible to know for certain how someone really feels about you, even when you have been seeing them for a long time.

If you've tried speaking to him and he's ignoring you, or is giving dead end responses, I'm sorry to say I don't think he's romantically interested.
