Hi, I have a prefect interview on Monday and was thinking of scenarios they could ask me, but there these two that keep coming to mind that I'm unsure of...

    1. If you were a prefect and saw someone getting bullied in school what would you do in that situation? (Apart from getting a teacher straight away)

    2. If you were a prefect and saw a fight break out what would you do in that moment? (Again, apart from getting a teacher straight away)

If you can help please please do. Thanks to anyone who replies

    1. Make your presence known, so the bullying stopped and check on the bullied person if they are ok. Depending on the seriousness, then check with the person whether they wish to report it. Sometimes reporting can make bullying worse, so you use common sense . If you see it happen again then tell a teacher tbh.

2.Again it depends on what influence you have. If someone was being really beaten and injured then you might step in if you could cope, otherwise tell a teacher. They might stop and then you can leave it.
