With Uni being closed until the 5th, does anyone know if that means we can't go into the buildings at all? Like, they're totally locked up? Or is this more like holidays, where they're closed, but you can still go into certain buildings?

I would just ring and check before travel.

    It says

Students can refer to the Unforeseen Closure of Campus policy for details of how coursework submission is managed. To confirm, the campus closure means that planned lectures and exams will not take place on the days the campus is closed.

That means there might be reduced services but other bits will be open for access. Do check.
