    I force myself to get up early and go work, even in places that aren’t my home and I physically can’t do any more coz I’m so stressed. But my gcses are so soon. Advice plez ???

    Go and see your GP about the stress.

    Exercise or learn some relaxation techniques. like yoga
    or meditation

    Have a revision plan and just focus on completing a certain amount each day, then chill.

    How much are you doing? Quality over quantity so theres only s much you do in a day then you need to chill and destress.

    aghhhh I know but gCSE's are so near and I get burnouts so easy

    That's the thing, if you burn out, you won't even be able to properly sit the exams.

    Give youself a day off and re-start then. Listen to your body, it knows what rest it needs. You just need to work with it.
