    It can be very tough. I'd say that the best way about it is assessing how imbalanced it is for you, then making smal changes and tweaks and getting used to that until you can gradually find a good balance. Sometimes making changes that are too big at first end up being too much for us to manage at first then we end up getting out of touch of the new cycle we'd formed.
    Is timing an issue for you? Maybe try speeding up with your housework/ homework. You could try to do certain things together. For example, you could revise with your siblings if you're worries about not spending much time with them. It depends on your circustances really.
