    do you think all of this would help me in the future?? increase my chances of getting into oxbridge?

    -five years school councillour
    -three years school cabinet member
    -one year school parliament member
    -monitor
    -year nine deputy head boy
    -prefect
    -head boy
    -DofE award
    -Completed NCS
    -Jack Petchey regional champion
    -part of my boroughs youth council
    -member of the british youth parliament

    and my predicted GCSE grades are:
    english lang: 9
    english lit: 9
    maths: 7
    biology: 8
    chemistry: 8
    physics : 7
    rs: 8
    sociology: 8
    french: 6
    geography: 8

    You have the experience, you just need the skills to communicate them (interviews, writing applications etc)

    Extra-curriculars (activities not related to subject) don't add anything to an Oxbridge application.

    Yeah defo! And like the guy above says, you just need to focus on your communicative skills for things like interviews and your personal statement to really get across how the things you've done in high school have built your skills like for example leadership, teamwork etc. And also, you have to make sure you work hard to actually get those grades as well which I'm sure you're already working hard to get
