I am currently in the process of choosing the university I want to study at. I've been lucky enough to receive unconditional offers from Queen Mary University of London on comparative literature and University College London on language and culture, both bachelors.
My first thought was to choose QMUL, but I've been digging a hole for myself as I got stuck reading reviews of the universities online. Of course UCL is more prestigious, but how much would I ruin my chances of a good career by choosing QMUL instead of UCL, and how much does it really matter to companies, which university you studied at?
