    Hey, I'm doing workout for a year and I think I have to change my exercises for shoulder. But idk what to do for better results. How do you train ur shoulders? Can someone share yours exercises, any pics, videos?

    Dumbbell shoulder press.
    Barbell shoulder press.
    Shrugs.
    Lateral raises.
    Plate raise.
    I can go on all day ....

    Pretty much this...

    Also train rear delts and get some extenal rotation of the shoulder in.

    Standing OHP with a barbell is king

    Supplement with lateral raises, rear delt flies and facepulls.
