I'm looking at booking accommodation for my first year at dmu starting in September, some of the halls I'm interested in offer a 41 week or 43 week contract. Which one should I book?

It depends on what the dates of the contract are and the dates of your course. Sometimes the shorter contracts skip out freshers week.
