    Assuming you mean transfer into the third year of a four year degree, yes it is technically possible, but you won't know for sure unless you ask Strathclyde.

    Yeah, they get a lot of that RGU...

    You'd need to ask Strathclyde whether they would accept you or not. If your grades are good and the course isn't too competitive then my money would be on a yes but the more you wait (3rd/4th year) the less likely they are to take you up on it.
    The process is straight-forward enough mind you: ask Strath what they think or just fill out a UCAS application and send it in.
