    How do you survive if..

    - You're an introvert who gets nervous when speaking to people even if you've known them for years?
    - You never leave the house, even to buy some food? Even crossing a road makes me anxious... I could probably buy frozen food and live on that...
    - Haircuts! The worst... to this day I still don't know what I want done and they make awkward small talk..
    - No oyster card EVER.. I haven't used a bus since I was a child, I haven't used a train on my own for a long time - can I just walk everywhere?

The first thing to do is get some help as this is no way to live. You need to have coping mechanisms and a support system in place. You can just get yourself an oyster card.

Sounds like people around you hold your hand and facilitate it. Once you get to uni, you won't have that and you'll have to fend for yourself: a good thing!

Slowly try to do more things independently before uni, preferably with the help of a mental health specialist. Mind, GP, something like that -- if that is too scary, just pop on the bus now and again by yourself. Explore the city, see that it's not that scary.

You have a very severe anxiety disorder. You will not be able to complete a degree in this condition.
