Lust for a 15 year old girl? watch

    (Original post by Duncan2012)
You’re being silly. Nothing in the OP indicates grooming. So no, there’s no illegal act. Hence my advice for OP to make up his own mind still stands.
So what do you think is the intention here of this 18 year old man who has said "I have thought about this girl for a long time and think I developed a big crush on her"?

When was the last time you had a big crush on someone without any intent to escalate it to a sexual level, if things worked out between the 2 of you?

As well as the OP admitting: "I think she’s very attractive". How do you think that would look in court?
Along with the bit where he says "but will it be fine to pursue this relationship?". The prosecution would be asking him if it was not a sexual relationship, what sort of relationship was he after?

If the OP is not looking into sexual activity with a girl at 15/16 years of age then its legal to go out with her.

By all means woo her, but no more.

I'd also keep in mind that the majority of teenage relationships last moments before either/both move on. It is probable that your relationship won't last long enough for you to legally bonk. Do you want to take your chances?
