I am interested in astrophysics and astronomy (and nuclear physics as a secondary field) and I have no idea about which is better in these subjects.
I would love to do research even at the university - I don't know on what exactly, but maybe on nuclear astrophysics which is at Edinburgh but I'm open to everything in connection with astrophysics. I am aware of the rankings and I have talked with people of this field and some said Birmingham, while others Edinburgh. I couldn't go to see the universities but both of them look amazing. (Plus, as I am an EU student, a great advantage of Edinburgh is the free tuition.) Thanks in advance!
