I had my last period on monday. Me and my husband had sex twice where he finished inside me on thursday. After 4days I stopped taking the pills. Is there a chance I get pregnant?

Had you been taking the pills correctly?

You can take it up to 12 hours late and still be protected. It depends what pill you're on though.

Okay. But I already stopped taking it. 4days after our intercourse. Is there a chance of pregnancy?

Well considering you were taking it when you had sex, you probably aren't pregnant.

You seem to want to get pregnant. If so, then why were you taking contraception?

If you were taking a combined pill (21 days taking it, 7 days not, repeat) then you're covered during the week break. A handful of hours difference in taking them is also well-within its safety margins, so you're extremely unlikely to be pregnant.

If you were taking a progesterone-only minipill (take every day) then it's very unlikely you will have ovulated immediately after stopping and won't be pregnant.

A test will give valid results about two weeks after the sex. Poundland etc ones are as reliable as the big names and are much cheaper.
