Quite long but definitely worth it! We had to do a strengths test which included a bunch of situations and we had to say how we would respond. If you pass that you get a video interview... if you pass that then they compare your earlier application against others that have got to the same stage and see if they’re able to give you a place at the assessment centre. Then if given a place you attend the assessment with about 12 others and complete various activities... about a week after the assessment you find out the outcome! BT were very consistent throughout and give you feedback on the initial strengths test as well as keeping you updated on your application progress 👍🏻
