Deposit and moving in-- PLEASE HELP!
Ok so I'm probably being dense but..... I've viewed a student accommodation flat. Its privately rented but is from the 'Sturents" website (so it is all good for students). The property is available in April. If I put a deposit down, would I be able to move in nearer the time, e.i August/September?
Check with the landlord.

Check with the landlord when they want to rent it from. If it is available in April they may be looking for someone who wants to pay rent and move in from April.
