    Hi,

Do you have favourite subjects or subjects which you are really good at? Those would be a good starting point on what A levels you should take.

For anyone thinking about doing A-levels, if you are good at maths (even mediocre is fine), I would highly suggest taking Maths and Further Maths and selecting Further Mechanics 1&2 as your additional modules. There isn't much work involved in order to get a good grade and you will deeply enjoy it much more than you would any other A-Level. Unis also value Further Maths a great deal and despite what you've heard, it isn't that hard and it's all quite logical.

The classics: biology, maths and chemistry.

IMO the A levels which give you most degree choice are maths and chemistry plus a humanity- you can do law, medicine, sciences (except biology), and loads of humanities. It really opens it up. But they are pretty hard though (especially chemistry).

    Choose what you like
