Can anybody help me with the term neuroplasticity ?
It refers to the brain's ability to change and form new synaptic connections in response to stimulus.

This can be done in response to brain injury or going through an adaptive mechanism to the surrounding environment e.g. if you do something over and over you become better at it and if we haven't done something for a while we become less able
