So, I have my speaking exam this week and I'm not sure if this phrase makes sense in French.

'On pourrait faire que les bus arrivent à l'heure.'
Meaning: We could make it so that the buses arrive on time

Does it sound alright? Are there any better ways of saying that?
    Thank you!

that doesn't even make sense in English...are you a bus driver? Otherwise how can you make the buses arrive on time? Do you want to arrive on time for the bus with someone instead?...

but it seems you're saying "we could make the buses arrive on time."

En sorte que means "so that" I believe.
