I tried registering for accommodation at Nottingham (I have put it as my first choice on UCAS) but it just keeps coming up with 'student not found'. I'm using my forename, surname, date of birth and UCAS ID number. Should I use a different number, or do I need to include my middle name? I don't understand why it's not working, and any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Have you actually been offered an conditional / unconditional yet? If not, then you will not be able to register for accomodation.

I didn't include my middle name when signing up so that shouldn't be an issue. Make sure you're using the 10 digit number (or it could be 9 numbers) found on the top right corner of Track next to your name, it's also the number you use to sign into Track.

If its neither of the things, ring them and ask what's up, it could be something to do with them and your offer or maybe theres something wrong with their system.
Should predicted grades be removed from the uni application process
