    How do people deal with stress from school? Stress that isn't necessarily from exams. I feel like school is making me go insane and making me really stressed. How do people deal with stress? Do you ever get seriously stressed with school?

    I cry it out and always feel better. Otherwise I take a notepad and just write everything down. Once I was writing for over an hour. When I was done it was a great feeling. I shredded the paper and moved on. It really helps. Your hand is cramped as f*ck but it's worth it.

    Hi, talking to someone will help, it always does. It will help you relieve yourself and avoid bottling that stress or any other negative feelings up which is always worse. Try taking up new hobbies or sports that are always great to relieve any stress. Hope this helps!

    Totally agree with these guys, anything that helps you get the stress off your chest, whether it be writing your feelings down, or talking them out with someone, it has always worked for me. Exercise is probably my favourite though, I love being able to go to the gym and using the punching bag, it helps out SOOOO much. But just try out all sorts of ways and stick to the one that helps you the most
