I have offers from both, with york for economics, and notts for industrial econ. I really liked the nottingham uni, but I am in LOVE with the city of york. Any advice on making a choice?

It's a difficult one because you spend a lot of time both at uni and in the surrounding area. Personally I would choose Nottingham because going to a university that you like is important, Nottingham's a decent city and you can always get a job in York once you've graduated!

Choose based on the course. Both are very different.

Personally, I'd opt for York due to the differences in the courses.
