    Hello,

I'm applying for a Tuition Fee Loan (England) and I need some help regarding Sections 2a and 3b2.

    Section 2a "Nationality"

I have two citizenships Russian and Italian.
Should I mention both in this section or just my Italian citizenship?
I'm supposed to send a certified copy of only my Italian passport to the SLC. Is that correct?

Section 3b2 "Residence" "At any time since 1 September 2015 has either of your parents, step-parents, guardians... lived or worked outside the EEA or Switzerland?"

My biological father was Russian. I haven't had any contacts with him since I was 4 or 5 years old and neither I nor my family have any notion of where he has been living or working over these years. So, it would be impossible for me to provide his address since 1 September 2015 much less his tax documents, proof of residence and copies of his work contracts.

Years ago I was legally adopted in Italy by my step-father, he and my mum are both Italian citizens and neither of them has worked or lived outside the EEA since 1 September 2015.

What is the best way for me to answer the 3b2 question?

    Thank you.

    Hi JkVg,

You should put your Italian citizenship and enclose your Italian ID, also in question 3b2 you will indicate no as we only require information for your legal guardians that you have contact with just now.

    Thanks

    Catherine
