    Yep. Height isn't something I'm particularly bothered about (I'm 5ft 5)

Nah, you gotta be at least tall enough so it is a challenge for the ladies to climb you.

I prefer taller so I can feel comfortable with him in heels.

I used to prefer taller guys (over 6ft) until I met someone I really liked and it didn’t bother me at all that he was short for a guy, only problem is I don’t like wearing heels around him, not because I’m bothered about being taller, but more that it makes him feel too short/ self conscious (and turns out you care about others feelings when in a relationship lol).

I agree. If I can't wear heels then I might as well not have a boyfriend, some guys don't understand and they should just get a few extra inches smdh.

A great deal of girls really care about it, so it's a good idea to put some effort into getting used to living single and being rejected due to your height. A lot of guys value themselves based on how girls value them (for their height), that just results in guys being self-conscious and hating themselves. Girls mprobably won't appreciate who you are as a person, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't. You should try to stop caring about it and learn to love yourself even if girls don't.
