    We recently did a lab on solute potential in onion cells in which we submerged 6 different 5mm parts of the fleshy storage leaf of the onion in different concentrations of sucrose solutions. Afterwards 50 cells from each was observed under a microscope and the cells plasmolysed were counted and the mean solute potential was calculated using incipient plasmolysis. I need 1 limitation for the lab
