Nutrients to generate energy? watch

    Hi,

    Its been a year approximately since I have started to **** up my sleep rotines, that is, going to bed at 4 am on weekdays with classes the next day at 8 am and then as I got home from classes I d take those long exhaustive naps which would make you even more tired than before doing so... this would lead to not being able to go to bed early as I had slept a lot in the afternoon and so go to bed at 5 am, wake up for classes feeling like a dead man and so the cycle goes on.

    Yeah I know I was a dumb **** and I went through a rough phase of rebel and at the same time melancholic adolescent, but now I am getting my **** together and wanting to study and organize and take care of every dimension of my life, but I cant simply because my body is numb I dont have neither physical nor mental energy for jack **** (neither study concentrated, go to the gym, driving lessons or even some other hobbies, I just stand lying all afternoon thinking about how my life would be better if I d get up and do these easy steps and duties I have to get my life together, but I morbidly cant...). This seems like mere procrastination, but I believe it has to do with this long phase of erroneous sleep routines, so I would like to ask you if you know any food, nutrient, "substance" (not referring to drugs or pills, cmon guys or any other methodology that you either have performed with yourselves or think will work for me to rise above this holistic inertia.
