missing seminars more than once
Okay so I'm at Huddersfield University near the end of my first year now and all my grades are great so far. I have really bad anxiety and only just coping with the attendance monitoring. I was wondering if I skip the same seminar more than twice (not going below the attendance I have to have) will they contact me. I have done all the work and happy to send them it but it's just my anxiety goes through the roof with seminars
Have a look at the absence policies for your university. I have missed three days this term but emailed the attendance office with my reasons and nothing bad has come of it.
I would seek help from a doctor for your anxiety and speak with your tutor so you can get the necessary support.

I skipped every seminar across 4 modules in my first year. 
If you get the doctor to write you a note about your anxiety the uni should be fine with it. You should also see your GP anyway to get help with your anxiety.
