I am filling out my teacher training ucas personal statement and I have 356 characters left but no lines. I have chunked every single paragraph together so it is one giant paragraph and still nothing. I am wondering if this is an error. Any advice?

Very unlikely to be an error, people often reach the line limit before they reach the character limit. Unfortunately you'll have to cut it down further :sadnod: (assuming you've counted the lines and they are correct)
