I’m 19 and im looking to start A- levels in September for free watch

I’m currently doing my GCSE’s from home and hopefully I’ll get the grades that I need but I don’t know any local colleges that will take me because of my age. Any suggestions?

Whilst I don't have any suggestions re: local colleges and age (I think you need to be looking at adult colleges and not local 'young person' colleges), I wanted to point out that you are very unlikely to be able to do your qualifications for free. You are no longer in the 'school age' bracket and as such you would likely count as an adult learner. Which unfortunately means you will need to pay.
