How many hours of sleep is acctually enough watch

    I tend to go sleep between 10 - 11 pm and wake up at 5 so that gives me 6-7 hours of sleep and have done some research and most websites on this state between 6-8 hours is ideal for adults. However i need 2-3 cups of coffee to keep me going through the day and this is ever increasing so I'm not sure how much sleep is ideal any tips on how much i should be getting??







    don't really want that get as much sleep that you feel is right because i can sleep for 10-11 hours of sleep, just looking for an ideal amount.

    There is no ideal amount of sleep to cover everyone but if you need coffee to stay awake then you need more sleep than 6 hours.

    I believe it differs from person to person. Some people would struggle even getting eight or nine hours sleep every night of the week. You've got to find what's best for you. If you want to consume less caffeine then maybe try upping the amount you get by an hour and see how it goes for a fortnight?
