Really struggling in my AQA law a level, have another mock coming up and my AS shortly after, just wondering what other people do to revise - especially case names - because I've been trying flash cards but now I have far too many and don't seem to be retaining any information.

I prefer mind maps as I agree you get too many flash cards. You can always cover up the bit you dont wish to look at.

The best retention of information besides straight forward memorising is to be forced to use it i.e past papers and then checking the answers.

Keep doing practice questions. You dont even have to write them out in full but bullet point them in 15-20 mins.

There are some memory techniques here.

If your notes arent in good shape then get a revision book.
