    HI
For few years now I have germphobia. I try to stop it but I just can't. I went to doctor but it didn't help. The problem is that when someone touch me I think I got germ form them. For example If someone touch my hair I will wash my hair for long time, even then I still feel that the germ is still they. Also if someone come and sit on a chair I will never sit on the same chair because I feel that if I sit they I will get the germ as someone previously sat on it. I never touch anything because I will get germ from it as other people touch it before. Also when I come from school I wash my hands for like 20 minute. I try to stop but I just can't It stuck on brain. PLEASE give some advice and how I can get better.

    Thank you.

Go back to your doctor and tell them what you've told us, it's affecting your everyday life.
