Before you start using profanity maybe you should use your brain first. America is among the richest countries in the world. Many have substantial debt but don't be fooled into thinking anything low of them. In this country you can can still live the high life.
I wouldn't expect a person from Manchester to know this of course.

It depends if you include (white) Brits, who are probably the least attractive people on Earth, on average. The rest of Europe is quite good looking, so I'd say America beats Europe as a whole, but Continental Europe (minus Britain) beats America.
