Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help with my a-level choices. Currently I have selected biology, geography and business but I'm thinking if I should do chemistry instead of geography or would it be too much work?
I'm predicted a 7 in chemistry, 7 in biology and a 7 in geography and a A* in business please can someone help??

what might you want to do at uni/career? if you might want to go into the sciences, taking two science subjects is a good idea, otherwise both choices would be a strong set of a levels

Either combination will look good when you apply to university. If you know what course you want to do then I would pick the combination which is the most beneficial for that. If not, then decide whether you would enjoy chemistry or geography more, as they will both be hard work.

Depends entirely on what you want to do as a career but choosing chemistry opens more doors, but do what you're better at

I have a couple of friends who do Chemistry and got A/A* grades in it at GCSE. They all hate it currently - apparently it's completely different.
My knowledge is second hand but from what I've heard Chemistry A-level is hell. Do it if you're thinking of persuing a career somewhat related, but if not, I wouldn't bother.Last edited by munchm_; 07-03-2018 at 00:28. Reason: TDA Post Edit
