So i go to the gym quite a lot , around 4/5 times i would say. Last year i was going about 6 times a week. i was blessed with good genetics i guess and as a result of my hard work I have have a body of a 24 year old (no joke) even tho i am 17. Now here's the problem ... i keep thinking my muscles will go .... I don't like this negative thinking of having something of value and thinking it away. It also leads to me overthinking and having little head aches. Anyone have any tips on how to stop thinking like this ??

Why do you think they will go?

i guess it's because i get complimented a lot by the opposite sex and it gives me confidence. But due to negative thinking my mind has began to play tricks and tricked me into thinking that my thoughts could led to the reduction of my muscles (especially my shoulders)

    Your thoughts can't reduce muscle.
