Does anyone have any real good tips for how to study and perform to the best of your ability while suffering from a mental illness? I thought this thread might be useful for people with summer exams approaching.
bestonly good tip is to draw up a realistic timetable making sure to schedule in a lot of breaks. Mixing things up and trying not to spend too long on one thing helps me to avoid getting frustrated when I am finding something difficult and the breaks help because I often find concentrating hard so making sure, even just 15 minutes away, can really help to make me feel refreshed.
Anyone here able to share their tips and help us all do our best.

Hi! This is a great thread which could hopefully some people!
At the moment I’m really loving the app Forest where you set a timer on your phone for however long you want to work, and during that a tree will grow and if you go on your phone then it will die! Really good for breaking down homework and avoiding distractions!
I also really like to listen to study music on YouTube, they are so relaxing and they keep me in the zone of working. I also create a really nice study place, I make sure my desk is really tidy and sometimes I like to light a candle
