I plan to move out of my parents house but I dont turn 25 until november so I wont be considered to be independent until then and id only get around £6000 living loan with their current income. After I turn 25 could i let them know and get more in my loan for the second quarter?

Hope this makes sense im just trying to get my head around their logic.

You'd only be classed as independent at the start of the academic year. So if you turn 25 during the academic year, you can't apply to be independent until year 2.
