4 HL? English or History HL??

Hey!
I have the problem that I am till now in Business , Biology , English and History Hl, but I am not that good, so I don't now whether i really wanna do 4 highlevel, but I can't decide whether to drop History or English... as I really love History, but get better marks in english, and I am also doing German A1 SL---
How much difference is there between English Sl/ HL and how much in History??
And to all international students, is it true, that IB does not mark too much on english expressions and so on, but more on content as it is an international course? Bc the essaywriting is really hard in history, and I have much more problem with that than with writing commentaries and so on in english...

I would drop History HL cause Its more difficult to get a better mark there
Altough i like History and have HL level in case I would have to choose I will get english :P
Its easier to write SL History and the mark schemes are better
