Honestly, she probably just wants attention and this is her method of doing it, pretending to get angry to catch your attention. It might be instead that she wants different type answers than the ones you're giving her. e.g. Too short answers or like "love you" and you reply "bye." Honestly though it could be anything, wouldnt sweat over it.
