I can only effectively revise late at night. Once it's gotten completely dark, quiet and colder I can retain a far greater focus and work so much more effectively and productively. During the day I can't focus at all and I'm constantly distracted and I get very little work done and I don't remember it as well, whereas the work I do at night almost ingrains into my brain straight away.

I know the obvious answer is to complete work at night if I find it that much better but I'm awfully sleep deprived and I feel that it's taking away my focus during lessons at school because I'm so tired. It also gives me awful headaches and takes a turn on my mental health.

I'm aware that there are many workers out there who prefer to work at night, so to those of you, do you have any advice in regards to what to do?

    Thanks from one sleepy student
