I am on a diet at the moment, and have removed sugar products, however I have had two hypos in the past 3 days, and am wondering if there is something more serious happening.

If you were a lot of Sugar before, it’s not good to cut it out completely, you have to do it slowly, so just cut back in the portions you have, that might be the reason

When you say hypo, what do you mean? Do you have diabetes and are on medication?

I got pale, shivered quite a lot and felt tired. Those are all symptoms of a hypo, so that's what I guess it was.

To my knowledge, I haven't got diabetes.

If you don't currently know of any conditions you have that could cause this I suggest a trip to your GP to check there isn't anything going on behind the scenes.
I expect though that suddenly cutting out all sugar products would really confuse any body any throw it of balance. It would probably be better to slowly reduce sugar in your diet so your body has more time to get used to it.

I'm going to switch to 1 sugar product per day and see if that makes a difference.

Chances are it is just being caused by your change of diet, as long as you are getting enough nutrients and calories it will likely subside in a few weeks time. You need some natural sugars (like the kinds your get from fruit)- just keep away from refined.
