    I’ve got a double en-suite room in zone 1 London (Vauxhall). It is less than 5 minutes’ walk away from Vauxhall tube, train and bus station and less than a five minute train ride to Waterloo. It is less than 15 minutes tube away from Oxford Street and less than 20 minutes tube journey away from London Paddington and London Marelybone – VERY CENTRAL!

    It is owned by the company Fresh Student Living and is part of a flat of 8 on the top floor looking into the buildings courtyard so is nice and quiet. There is a shared kitchen which looks out onto the Thames with views of Big Ben. The kitchen is equipped with TV and dishwasher, and two of everything else. There is access to a laundry room and music room in the basement and a free gym and free swimming pool! Upstairs there is a large social space where regular social events are held and two huge study rooms with access to printers and vending machines.

    The room costs £290 per week with a £300 deposit which you will receive back at the end of the tenancy.

    You can move in ASAP and the contract ends at the end of August/first week of September.
